Can I collect tickets from the station?
We are able to give you the option of collecting your tickets from self-service machines at over 50 stations across the UK.

Please check the list on the homepage to see if your local station is currently included in this list of stations.

Unfortunately, due to operational reasons, we are unable to offer collection from station windows; which may mean that you now cannot collect your tickets from your local station.

If you would like to collect your tickets from a self-service machine you must take the collection reference number sent to you in your confirmation email with you. Please note for security reasons this is different to the booking reference number shown on screen.

If you have difficulty collecting your tickets (for example if the self-service machine is out of order), then please contact the station staff in the first instance. You must collect your tickets before you board the train, so please leave enough time to collect your tickets.

Please be aware that not all ticket types are available for collection at the station - particularly group tickets, and tickets containing special vouchers. In this case the self-service machine option will not be shown during the booking process.

Please note that normal refund policies and entitlements apply once you have made your purchase, regardless as to whether or not you collect your tickets.
